How to register

Choose REGISTER from the main menu.

  • Before registering, you will need to make the payment through Bank Transfer or Paypal(details below). You will need to upload the payment proof later.
  • If you already made the payment, upload the photo with proof of payment and continue the registration process.
  • Fill in the competitor details.
  • Choose the segments you will participate in, then add the name of the coordinating teacher specific to each segment.
  • Fill in the contractual information: payer / beneficiary / parent / guardian details.

At the end of the registration, you will receive by e-mail the contract that will contain all the filled in details.

Submitting your work

From now on you can send us - through WhatsApp to +40753690970 or email at dianamusicschoolfloresti@gmail.com - the video for the contest, MENTIONING IF YOU AGREE / DISAGREE TO POSTING on Social media pages ( Facebook - Youtube - Instagram - Tiktok ) Also, please specify:

  • Competitor name and surname.
  • Age/Segment/Study level/Category.
  • Year of study.
  • Coordinating teacher.
  • Name of the work / works performed.

The video will be posted only after the validation of the payment by the organizer. The validation period will be less than 48 hours.

The registration fee differs depending on the number of segments you will choose.

*A competitor can apply for a maximum of 3 segments.

Bank transfer or Paypal:

Go to REGISTER from the main menu and choose Bank Transfer. You will be asked to upload a photo with proof of payment, after which you will fill in the registration form.

Grand Trophy

Awarded to a single competitor from each category. It consists in the sum of 200€ and a diploma in a digital format.

Excellence Prize

It consists in a diploma sent in a digital format.

First Prize

It consists in a diploma sent in a digital format.

Second Prize

It consists in a diploma sent in a digital format.

Third Prize

It consists in a diploma sent in a digital format.

Republic of Moldova Award

This award will be given to the most talented competitor registered in the Republic of Moldova. The award of the Republic of Moldova consists of the sum of 60€ and a diploma in digital format.

Loyalty Award (for Teachers)

Awarded to the teacher with the highest unique participants(contracts) entered in the contest, regardless of the number of segments of each participant. To compete for this prize, teachers must send an email to dianamusicschoolfloresti@gmail.com with the names of all the children entered in our competition by 23 June 2025, at the end of the day. Failure to comply with this condition leads to the impossibility of entering the competition for the Loyalty Award.

This will be announced on 27 June 2025, when we post the name of the winning teacher and the number of children entered in the contest.

The Loyalty Award consists of 100€ and a diploma in a digital format. In case of an equal number of participants registered in the competition, the amount will be divided equally among the teachers concerned.

remarks

A diploma will be issued for each competitor on duet segments.

All coordinating teachers will receive diplomas of merit in a digital format.

The jury will be done based on each segment / category / age group / study year.

The jury will be composed of specialized teachers, members of university and pre-university education.

The artistic moment must not exceed 7 minutes in the amateur category. For professionals, the artistic moment should not exceed 15 minutes. In the 7/15 minutes several musical works can be performed.

By participating in the INTERNATIONAL ART COMPETITION, each competitor gives his consent for the recording or filming of the artistic moment to be posted on the Facebook page and / or the official YouTube channel of the competition, as well as on other social media platforms, for the purpose of promotion and the presentation of the contestants' talents in the contest. If they do not want the artistic moment to be posted on the social media platforms of the contest, the contestants are asked to mention "DO NOT WANT to be posted on the social media platforms of the contest" at the time of registration. Entrants agree not to have any action against the contest organizers for the use of such recordings or films for this purpose.

Repertoire: one or more artistic moments from the relevant literature, which will be performed by heart for the proffesional category. The topic remains at the decision of the competitor / coordinating teacher. For the fine arts section, participants will share one paper. Interpretations from previous editions cannot be entered into the competition.

Prizes will be sent by Post for competitors living in Romania, paid by the recipient, while competitors living outside Romania will be receiving diplomas in a digital format.

The postings of the performance / works will be done until 23 June 2025, at 23:59. Competitors who do not post / send the videos until this date for judging will be declared disqualified.

Please post ONLY ONE TIME the competitors work/performance on the Facebook page. Only the first post will be judged. Deleting the post will disqualify the competitor.

The jury's decision is final and indisputable! Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification.

The parent / teacher / legal guardian is responsible of the data filled in the registration form. The organizers take that data into account when writting diplomas, not those from the posts on Facebook, the latter being necessary only for the jury.

Registration fee refund:

If you change your mind and wish to unregister from our competition, you must follow our procedures (listed below) to refund your entry fee.

Conditions for registration fee refunding:

The refund request will be made after a maximum of 5 days from when the payment was made.

The artistic moment must NOT have already been published on the contest's Facebook page, when the refund request is made.

If the refund of the registration fee is requested after the diploma is sent, the "II. Returning the won products" procedure will apply from Return Policy.

How to request registration fee refund:

Please notify us of your refund request by sending an email to dianamusicschoolfloresti@gmail.com, containing:

The name of the beneficiary.

The name of the competitor.

A bank account where we will refund the fee.

If you'd like, tell us the reason for requesting the refund.

You will receive a confirmation of your refund request within two business days, and your money will be refunded (to the specified bank account) within 14 business days.
